Can I try before I pay?
Yes. Open the parcel and smell the perfume in front of the courier; you pay on delivery. To try before ordering, visit our branch at 359 T Hadayek El Ahram, Giza.
When will my order arrive?
Cairo: orders before 1 pm arrive the same day, later ones the next day. Other governorates: orders before 3 pm arrive in one or two days. Shipping is free.
How does the offer work?
Pick 3 pieces and the cheapest is free. The 4th and 5th get 20% off, and 6 pieces get 2 free. It applies in the cart automatically, no code needed. Ready-made bundles and boxes have their own price and are not part of the offer.
Master Box or no outer box?
The same new, unused perfume. Master Box comes in its full box, ideal for gifts; the no-box edition comes without the outer box only, so it costs less.
What if I want to exchange or return?
You have 48 hours from delivery. A few sprays are fine as long as the bottle stays undamaged. If the mistake is ours we cover the costs; otherwise you pay shipping only.
